Gentle flow yoga with Instructor Trixi Padilla
Join the Lunenburg Parks and Recreation Department in welcoming Trixi! Trixi completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at the Frog Pond Yoga Centre earlier this year but has been practicing yoga for the past 5 years. She integrates her background as a counselor into her teaching, creating a safe space for mind-body connection and energetic awareness. Relax and unwind through deep breathing and mindful movement in this gentle flow yoga class. Suitable for all levels. You can register per class or sign up for the whole session!!
